    paltic,

Is this a new shooting range along C5? Where is it located exactly, since I rarely pass by that area?

Paltic: Haven't tried firing there yet. Planning to pass by within the week to check it out. I'll let you know.

Mikey: It's on the southbound lane of C5 going to SLEX. You should see it after the Heritage Park Mortuary and Crematorium on the right side before the SLEX entry. It has a sign near the road that reads FIRING RANGE.

yes all military ranges have some requirements. its who you know that allow you to shoot at milranges. i know some army people but i dont want to hassle them. its easier at marine since i taught their foic. i can get people to shoot there without probs but max of 3 lang since nakakahiya.

Hmmm, an airsoft range right beside a live fire range ;P

May I ask what safety precautions are taken by the ROs to ensure that no one mistakenly brings a live firearm to the airsoft course?

actually, the shooting range faces north, while the airsoft/paintball area is pretty much about a kilometer away from the range. :)

well, an "blue guard" is usually assigned at airsoft gamesites to visually "inspect" all guns. airsoft rifles usually have a red label attached to signify it's not the real thing. unfortunately, you might be able to smuggle in some glocks and usp's if the guards not careful enough. responsible players usually test fire the piece in the guards presence. real mags don't fit airsoft guns and vice-versa unless some modifications have been made.
