Really no reason for me to get adjustable sights, I like the stock ones except it shoots consistently left of center. Is there anyway for me to move the fixed over just a tad without buying the Rear Sight Installation Tool?

The cheapest I could find it is $59 shipped

Does anyone know where to get it cheaper?

    Thanks

Shooting left is common to shooters that are new to the Glock trigger. Proper grip and stance, combined with dryfire practice, normally solves the problem. If it really is your sights, tapping them a pich to the right with a wood dowel or nylon punch will move the point of impact to the right.

where is there good info on "Proper grip and stance"

Are you talking about taking a wooden dowel rod and holding it on the side of the sights and wacking it with a hammer?

Have you tried reading some of "The Tips from the Pros"? It is located near the top of this forum. Some great advice and info about what you are asking plus much more. The tips are from the "Best of the Best" in GSSF and many other shooting disciplines. I HIGHLY Recommend them as required reading.
