So, "actual Covid-19 deaths" = deaths per day (as reported, not based on the whole 6% conversation, I believe)
"pre chaos by dem days" = basically, the Dem-fueled unrest of June, July, & August.
Therefore, we now see that the 7-day rolling average for US reported C-19 deaths is below 800 which is lower than it was at the beginning of June (~1000) and most of the time since, except for a couple dips in late June & early July when it briefly hit in the 600s.
