    I tried to run Trend Micro's HouseCall. It just kept running without installing. Their blurb states you must allow "Active X" and cookies. How can I arrange that. I did turn off both SpySweeper before attempting the download.

    Try it with Internet Exploder.

    You'll need a plugin for Moz browsers to add the needed ActiveX access to the kernel of XP. I never install it, preferring to use M$'s version.

    This is about the only time you'll see me recommending the POS for anything, too. Just don't surf with it beyond Trend's HC page...
