Yeah, I only remember the dude that got away with a lot of bull**** before getting banned.
I don’t know why he got so many breaks.
Dude was a piece of work.

Kingarthurhk AKA chicken****er, or rancher. USBP stud, Moshe over there, perpetually the victim, etc. Eric refuses to ban his ass there. Lies more than Dalton. Wait. Maybe Boo was Dalton.

    How's your grill, Boo?

I think that's a pretty effed up thought process.
No offense to your wife, but she seems pretty sheepish.
I prefer a woman who can think for herself. My GF just bought her own car (again) about 4 months ago. All by herself.

It’s not about thinking for one’s self. The car buying is just an example of a job that I feel is my place to handle.

But there are other types of jobs that I feel are a woman’s place to handle... cooking Thanksgiving dinner, for example. I think many women would agree.

There’s nothing right or wrong about either scenario... it’s just what we each do.

The trick is trying to limit how much you're getting screwed.

I just dont get it, I guess.
My gf has cooked Thanksgiving dinner also. As well as buying a car.
There isn't a "job" in our household that she can't do. I usually mow the lawn but she can do it better than I can.
I suppose if there is a job that I only do is our vehicle maintenance.
Other than that, we're a team with no specific jobs for either person.
I can't imagine living any other way.

80% chance you’ll die before your wife. You’re setting her up for failure. I’ve seen it too many times. The man dies and the wife has no clue how to live.

I'd be curious to know what the other guy's wife at the dealership was thinking - about you...

He’s one of the most active posters there and makes the place nearly intolerable. I’ve never before seen mental illness reduced to writing so effectively.

My only infraction, I think. I asked why he was...enjoying himself by posting the first 12 or 15 replies to his own thread. I used the dirty M word and was given a very quick private message about my warning and that I should know better. Don't use the M word about certain people. Talk all you want about ****ing fruit or any number of things I've read here. Just be careful where it is directed. Then ask where all the favorites are. Good luck.

You are not going to like my answer. However, you are going to get it.
I went to a singles dinner. Woman medical doctor said that she wanted to buy a car and asked what it should be. Oh, while the responses came, I kept quiet until the end of the chatter about image, performance, Consumer Reports, status.

Everyone else in the room had an pre-set opinion, and was not looking from the perspective of the buyer. I care about the result and not the b.s. about which is better.

I told her to go to any automobile dealer with a pencil, note pad and a tape measure. Try a number of cars until she found one with comfortable leg room, measure the distance, write it down with the model of the car and manufacturer. If you have ever driven a Yaris, you will understand why. Then go and test cars with adequate leg room and find a few models that had a steering wheel that worked for her. Write them down. She was quite capable of understanding what would work for her.

Of course, I had already figured out that she had bought a car and was simply looking for approval. That was it in a nutshell. Her evasiveness and secret agenda told me something about her personality.
