I know, I know, I'm the resident "CrossFit guy". I'm trying to not be annoying about it. If you've tried CrossFit and didn't like it, maybe it was a bad gym? This is a really good article at separating the wheat from the chaff when it comes to the TONS of CrossFit gyms out there. If CrossFit just ain't your thing, that's cool too.

Really good article. I sit at a desk all day, and it shows up in the gym. If you're trying to put on some mass, that LBEB site has some good recipes available for free, as well: http://liftbigeatbig.com/recipes/

    Happy training, everybody!

There was a thread in The Okie Corral a couple of weeks ago about lower back pain. Your second article would be useful for it. I'm low on time, or otherwise I'd go find it and copy it over.

I should probably add those to my spartan gym.

Yeah - if you're not looking to go super heavy, I think Dick's Sporting Goods carries 55lb'ers....

Heavier than that, you'll probably have to hit up Muscle Driver or similar.

Here's something that gets overlooked a fair amount, I bet. I know I'm guilty more often than not of doing a general warm-up routine. I mean, if I'm squatting or pressing that day I'll do some targeted mobility/stretching for those movements, but I could be doing better.

    Thoughts?
