    Hello guys,

(Edit) I did a little more searching and found my answers. Thanks anyway guys!

My first post on this forum, been lurking for a while. A little about me; I'm a former Marine Corp Nam vet, discharged in 1970. Up till now, I've owned many different firearms, and just bought my first Glock (G27) about a month ago. I can't believe I didn't own one sooner; one fine weapon!

I have a .40-9 Lone Wolf conversion barrel due here today. I already bought some ammo that I had used in other 9mm's before, but wanted to know if any of you more experienced Glock owners have ever used it in your Glocks? It's the "Magtech" 115gr. FMC. Does it chamber and eject reliably? If not, what would be a good quality 9mm target round?

Thanks for your help, you've got a great informative site here.

    Best Wishes!

    Welcome!

I haven't used a log of Magtech ammo --- because it's not usually available around here --- the the Magtech I shot was good range ammo. I never had problems with it.

Thanks for serving. I prefer many others to Magtech. Lawman, American Eagle, Champion and even Winchester White Box.

Thank you all for the welcome and replies!

@JBP.....I may have to try some of those others also; I've noticed some of them are fairly cheap.

Changing the subject a little; I've been reloading since the '90's with the Lee 5 station progressive (just .44 magnum for my Ruger Super Redhawk). I'm debating whether or not I should invest in a set of 9mm dies. How is the brass in some of these cheaper brands? Any of them steel?

    Thanks Again,
    jw

The ones I specified are all brass and are being reloaded by people daily.
