I've been carrying mine in 103-108 degree heat everyday here in Tucson, Arizona. People say it's not so bad because it is a dry heat here. I say if you stay out long enough you will turn into a mummy here.

Nope, I put up the 30 when the warmer weather comes around and strap on the 26.

It's hot and humid down heah on Tobaccy Road. I carry my G30, comfortably, using an IWB Sidearmor with J-Hooks. My daily attire is t-shirt and shorts. (Yeah, shoes, also.)

I'm a bit more south than Walter and I carry mine with no problem. In the winter I do make sure my G30 wears a sweater.;f

i've yet to experience anything comfortable about carrying an auto, yes i've tried sidearmor.

i ditch mine for a smith .38 in the warmer months, don't feel any less armed.

Back when I took Dynamic Tactics it was like 92 outside, direct sunlight, and when we went to lunch, my G30 and Fobus hid under a Cabela's shortsleeve button-down shirt. Very concealed (none of the other guys said I was printing) and nice and cool. So, that's the way I've been doing it lately. The Fobus actually conceals better than my Blade-Tech IWB this way, oddly enough. Pulls the butt to a slightly different position.

Other times though my .38 does the trick. Pocket holster.

Carried my G30 in 110 degree heat during my brief stay in AZ while traveling to and from Kali to visit my daughter and son in law. In fact it was on my hip nearly the entire trip except for the portions while in kalifornia borders. Border dude (and he had the classic surfer dude accent) was more worried if I had any fruits or vegetables to declare (fer sher). ;f It routinely gets above 90 here in South Texas and I don't really find it necessary to swap to another weapon during those times. I've carried a goverment model sized 1911 in this heat for years!! Looser fitting clothing is cooler for the body anyways.

Yup, in a Sidearmor IWB. Regardless of the temperature or humidity.

Yes, and it aint no " dry heat" in memphis,,

Not that it is cooler elswhere, but I am in PIT right now, and it is 91 and it feels cooler to me than 87 did in MEM.

but yet and still,,, Sing praises to Sidearmor,, Sweat doesnt bother it...
