Broke down and Ordered a pair of their shorts to try. I've tried them on in stores a few times and always have liked how they feel/fit/pocket layout ect.

Read reviews and people seem to love them. Fifty bucks for a pair of shorts is kinda steep to me but said screw it. Was looking for a spare mag carrier and thought what the heck these have the mag pocket.

I have several pair of 5.11 pants for work (no, I'm not a cop but I work for a Federal law enforcement agency). They're pricey but they're really comfortable.

I have some 5.11s that are my travel pants. Elastic waste and zip pockets make it nice for a plane, comfortable and your stuff won't fall out.

BareBones here has clearance sales and I got them 2 for 1. Got some for their fancy shirt for $10 also.

I like the material, it is easy to clean, but the cargo pockets do not hold enough cargo for me.

If they had higher capacity cargo pockets, I'd love them!

I recently bought 2 pair of long 5:11 's , best pants ever owned for the fishing I do, versatile and tough, but light and repel water, fast drying, .
Been abusing these for weeks, and even if they DO look like 'clown pants' on my small frame, don't care, these are perfect .
I usually wear blue jeans, not anymore.

I've got a small 5.11 backpack I carry everyday. Love it. Great quality, too.

I have a pair of the pants that the legs zip off and convert into shorts for trialing dogs at club trials.

It is chilly in the morning for tracking, and warm in the afternoon for obedience and protection.

For regional and national trials, it is usually UA attire.

    Cool fellas!

The layout just seems better to me than what I can buy at Walmart. I HATE to spend money on clothes but have learned you get what you pay for, carhartt for example I'm a fan for work stuff.

I'm not one of those guys that Carry's a big ass load out but the mag pouch and "knife" pocket was a seller for me after some thought. Always have eyed their rush packs and liked the setup. Maybe down the road of these shorts treat me right.

You don't need the pocket capacity, bru these pants will hold 3 large gappy balls in one pocket:

And their shorts are pretty good as well, for a lower PRICE

Bought 5 pair 6 years ago, still have them all. Very tough and very stain resistant.

LA police gear is where i bought mine. Sign up for their email deals, then wait for a sale. I got free shipping, free 5:11 belt with every pair, and a few other goodies.
