Very nice. I love my 642. I guess I just like shiny things.
It looks just like mine; no on-off switch.
I really like my 642
I joined the NRA, have you yet?
Nice addition to your collection; good choice
A 442 is a must have in my opinion.
Gotta Love them!
I just picked mine up last week. I love shooting and carrying it. I'm very accurate 25 yards and in. However, I did hit the 50 yard 8" plate with it, too. It's more accurate than I ever envisioned.
Nice! I prefer to keep six rounds in my speed strips just in case. YMMV. tom.
Yes, many methods of speed strip carry, but I recently took a snubbie gunfighting course with Michael deBethancourt (all he does is snubs) and we worked on many reloading methods under pressure.
I found out that, for me, 2 and 2 works best for true "speed" loading. What good are those last two bullets, if you get "dead" before reloading them?
So, I do carry two speedstrips. Both are loaded 2 and 2, and if you ever get a chance to practice rapid reloading, check that method out. If you practice "indexing" the cylinder, you will find that you can get a bullet under the hammer without even thinking.
Thanks for sharing!
I've heard a lot of good things about Mr. DeBethancourt. I'd like to attend one of his courses. tom.
We have a 642. you chose an excellent weapon.
Good looking Smith!

Love my 442!
Nice 442 and a no lock to boot. A real keeper. I have the version with the lock but love it just the same.
For what it is worth I think the 442 is the best looking gun out there.
I'm working right now on my 642. I polish the inside and put in a apex trigger system and a big dot front sight. I'm working on the video right now. I hope to have it up and running ny the middle of the week. 😃😃

I also have a 642, but I am partial to the 638.
