    Nope. The 3rd gens will still be available new from Glock, so unless they drop wholesale prices, no way.

    Even if they stopped making the 3rd gens, look at pricing of 2nd gens. Around here, they draw the same prices as used 3rd gens.

    The prices on the gen 3's will stay pretty constant, due to the demand for them.

    Yea I see the 4th gen as just another 'option' like OD, SF, or RTF. Maybe some people will be party with their 3rd gen for a 4th and you could get a deal from them.

    Nope, especially since Glock raised the price on the Gen 4s by like $35. But it does come with 3 mags in the pink label cases. ;)

    I bought three Gen3s in 2009 and I'm quite confident I could resell them for at least as much as I paid for them. Strong resale value is a good thing.
