What revolvers beside the S&W 686+ and Taurus Tracker 627 have 7 round cylinders?
Just picked up a Taurus 66 w/7 round cylinder.
There's a Smith 619 (fixed sight) and 620 (adjustable sight) - I'm thinking of getting a 620 later on...
The older Taurus 607 that was supplanted by the 8-rounder 608.
386 Night Guard
386 Mountain Airlite
I've had a 686+ for years. I've shot it a bunch, mostly with less than full power loads and never had a problem.
But....those thin cylinder walls sure do worry me. Has anybody ever heard of a blow out with factory full power loads?
I have a 2" Taurus 7 shot 357. Mdl. 617
Should be fine, esp since the bolt notches are offset vs the 6 shot versions.
There are quite a few.
I'm just a six shooter type of guy.
I have a S&W 327 NightGuard that has 8 rounds. I shoot this more accurately than any handgun I own.
Call me old school but I've always preferred 6 rounds in a wheelgun. I had had a SW 696 that I sold like an idiot that was a 5 shot.
I have a Taurus 7 shot snubby. You looking to buy one?
