    That's cool. I never thought before that by doing the same exercises in a row each time you're conditioning your body for that pattern. I liked what he said about mixing it up.

    That seems to be a common theme nowadays. See the same thing with CrossFit and Ross Enamait's stuff also.

    I just watched part of an infomercial that was for a program that was VERY CF-like. It was called P60X or something like that, maybe P90X. They were talking up that concept big time also.

    I don't know if folks were talkig about this in years past. I just came into this century as far as fitness goes, over the last year or so. I don't remember reading about this kind of thing in 1990, but I might've missed it.

    I dunno Brad. Back than it wasn't as regimented. It wasn't as organized. But we called it "cross-training" then.

    That's funny. Of course you're right. I even remember buying a pair of shoes called "crosstrainers" probably sometime in the late 80s.
