    For G19 Gen 2

    Ghost? LWD?

I know some require minor mods to fit
Shorter travel would be an improvement too....

I ordered my 3.5 lb connector from glockparts.com along with the 4 lb striker spring, I hear if you dont get the reduced striker spring as well its not a true 3.5 lb pull, pretty simple to install both, they have walkthroughs on youtube, and only $5 each.

The Ghost Rocket(the one you have to fit)is great-the ability to limit overtravel/reset to me is sweet
I do like the crispier break of the stock connector compared to the 3.5's

If you want both, try the Ghost Tactical with both the standard 5# trigger spring, and if you need it lighter, try the competition (6#?) spring. Best of both worlds.

Go with the OEM "-" connector. I have tried the Scherrer and the LW and I like the Glock OEM 3.5 better. You can order them for $15shipped.

    Here's my 2 cents ...

I went with the Ghost Tactical ...

A few years ago, I had a Glock 3.5 put in a g30 and it was great...no mush. I was really psyched ... So tried the same connector in my g17 ... and it was terrible. The trigger was lighter, but mushy. So I guess your results may vary depending on your gun.

After reading rave reviews on the Ghost Tactical and Rocket, I decided on the Tactical for my G26 and also installed a 6lb. trigger spring. I measured the trigger pull and it is right at 4 1/2 lbs. Nice break, virtually no overtravel and the pretravel is unchanged. Nice product. It took a little trial and error and about an hour of my time -- had to disassemble my G26 3 times before I got it right -- but as others on this board have said, well worth the effort. Helped tighten up my groups a bit. Since this is for a gun I use for carry, I went for the Tactical rather than the lighter Rocket ... Since you're looking for a lighter pull, the Rocket is the way to go ... Anyway ... that's my 2 cents.

Same here - I prefer the Glock "-" connector also. For me, it seemed smoother and crisper overall.

DLL9mm...where did you get them for $15 please? I have only been able to find them at the local gun show from the Glock guy for $25 each.

    Thanks!

There was a guy at a gun show yesterday selling the Ghost for $20, and installing them on the spot for $10.

I have a Ghost Rocket in a G17 and a Ghost Ultimate in a G21...I like them both.

The Ghost Rocket requires some very "easy" fitting to be done...while the Ghost Ultimate is a "drop in".

I ordered both straight from Ghost Inc.

Just put Lone Wolfs in my 17 and 27 the other day. The difference is minimal, but there is a difference for sure. I don't think I'm shooting at 3.5 lbs. though. I'm thinking of adding a #4 spring but am unaware of the pros/cons.

Anyone think of adding that 2# trigger? I forgot who makes it.

You aren't going to like my answer. The best 3.5/4.5# connector for each of my Glocks has been different. I keep Scherer, Glock, and LWD on hand, and I've tried all 3 on each pistol. The small differences in tolerance from pistol to pistol produce noticeable differences between the 3 connectors. What's more, the best setup on my G30 is far crisper than the best setup on my G27 or G29.

This is true, but be careful with the 4# striker spring. It is quite possible that you could get FTF's with this spring. Websites most always warn against using this spring in a carry gun for this reason. I tried one in my primary carry G23 and while the combination of the lighter spring and the 3.5 connector made for a very nice trigger, I value my life more, so I had the OEM striker spring reinstalled (I kept my Glock 3.5 connector, however).

I tested five connectors in my primary G23 and found that overall, the Glock 3.5 connector (part #00135) to be the best of the lot. Now both of my G23's and my G19 have this connector installed. I also have the smooth faced trigger in all three of these guns with the safety tang trimmed and smoothed down to flush with the trigger face.
