21sf conversion??

    i noticed kkm barrels had a 10mm drop in barrel for glock 21's, has anybody done this? would the 21sf frame/slide be able to take the punishment of the 10mm round?? i would love to test out the 10mm (maybe i've been on glocktalk to much:whistling:

    You do know the 20 (10mm) and 21 (.45acp) use the same frame right? There's no secret super strong metal alloy that's used in the slide of the 10mm vs. the .45acp.

    The 10mm slide is in fact heavier than the .45 slide (not by much). In any case, I'm sure Glock designed it like this for a reason. As for the frames, as far as I know they are the same.

    A stock G20 bbl will drop right in a G21 and function fine. Changing the extractor may improve reliability but it varies with the gun.
