About to buy another Glock using the blue label program. I already have a G17.5 and my state limits handgun mags to 10 rounds.

I had a 19xand didn't care for it. I have a gen 5 19 that I have had since they first came out and still love it.

If you're limited to 10 rounds, get the gen5 26.

I have a 19X and really like it. That said, I have no intention of concealing it, I have other pistols for that. If I wanted a pistol to conceal, I would probably pick the gen 5 G19. For home defense and a range toy, 19X all the way.

If only ten round, I think I'd lean toward the 19.5 even tho my 19X is simply my favorite striker fire gunner.

    I'm thinking both too, but I also "need" a G20 and a G43. Life's choices...........

One thing I have never seen mentioned is the REALLY cool Coyote Brown Glock case the 19x comes in to match the gun color. Have they ever had a different color than black, not to my recollection. Some of us remember the "Tupperware" box. LOL

Ended up buying the g19.5 paid $490 out the door. The discount for the 19x wasn’t as good, still around $600+ And I’d have to use 10 round mags.

Glock 19 Gen 5 is my pick. I am in a 10 round state (CA) too.

19X for sure. I don't like the mag cut out on the 19.5. I own both and regretted buying the 19.5. Wish I got the 19.4 instead. I still love my trusty 19.3. Yup I'm not helping you a bit, just get the one you like and you will know which one is best for your needs. If your leaning towards the 19X I hear there going to release it in black this fall. That may be something to consider. Good luck!

You should find that GT member who remembers where you put your pre-ban mags.

The ten rounds make an otherwise easy choice, difficult.

I just couldn’t warm up to my 19.5, so it ended up down the river.

Now the 19X on the other hand...those just keep multiplying!

But if I were in your situation, I’d choose the G43 with the TT +3 base pads.

    And if not the G43...

    Then definitely the 19X.

If you're restricted to 10 rds might as well get a G26. Or gen5 19 if you have thin fingers and the cutout doesn't bother you; and if it does get tested 19X.
