Will 1990 era NFML Glock 19 magazines work in current Glocks?

Does ANYONE use OLD GLock magazines in a new glock?

I want a Glock with a Rail but can't acquire any new postban magazines with it.

uhhh....Glock 19 magazines are designed for Glock 19 Pistols. Can you provide some sort of reason why you would think otherwise?

Because, the 10 rounders do vary and SOME are quite unreliable with Gen 2 and Gen 3 Glock 19s.

The glock compact family HAS undergone some redesign since introduction as has the magazines.

Search this site and you will find stories of 10 ROUND'er magazine incompatibilities and follower issues.

Since the Glock 19 has been redesigned for commonality of manufacturing with the 23 and 32 it CONCERNS me that older magazines won't work and I will have to play label and mix and match...

Maybe I will just move up a caliber...

I ahve never used anything but NFML magazines in my G19. I do this by choice. I like the way the NFML magazines works.

I have never had a single failure with my 3rd g19 using NFML magazines

I also wanted a light rail so I bought a g19 and carved off the finger grooves with a dremel.
