How many of y'all gals pack a 1911? Inquiring minds wanna know. We just acquired a Kimber Pro Carry HD II. Haven't packed a 1911 since the Defender and frankly, I missed it.

Having very little knowledge about such things the best I could do is to send you a pic.

I also see that it reads "C&S" on the holster.

Daughter is due home this month from the military and if you need anymore help let me know thru PM and I will get you more info.

Thanks for the holster info. It looks really similar to the RMHolsters Lowrider I use, but saw that the color was different and wondered about getting one myself.

    Let's see...

One of my female friends packs a full size M1911A1 from Springfield Armory. My sis-in-law sometimes packs a SW M1911PD Gunsite but most of the time she packs her trusty SIG Sauer P225.

I carry a 1911 a Smith and Wesson 1911sc in a commander size. With a 24lbs recoil spring. I love it. My other ones are a TRP's made by Springfield.

I bought a Kimber with plans of making my nightstand gun (retiring a S&W .357) and sometime carry, but it proved too ammo finicky. I carry a P99 instead. Except in summer when I have to tote something smaller.
