    Hi,

For those of you who own both a 19 and 23, in your opinion, which recoils more the 19 with Win Ranger 127 gr. +P+ or the 23 with Win Ranger 180 gr.? How about the 165 gr. .40 load?

    Thanks alot.

I have both and IMO all the .40 recoils more than any of my 9's including 127 +p+.

If there's a factory JHP in 9mm that recoils harder than a factory JHP in .40 I'd be pretty surprised.

The Forty typically kicks more than the Nine. I prefer the 165 gr bullet in the 40. The Forty is NOT known for excessive recoil. The mid-size Glock is a champ to shoot, regardless of caliber.

Both are fight stoppers with good bullet placement.
