Resistance leader Allison Hrabar said in an undercover video that as a federal employee, she couldn’t be fired, but she may have overstated her case.

Project Veritas released a statement Monday from Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores indicating that Ms. Hrabar, formerly a federal paralegal, has either resigned or been dismissed.

“She is no longer an employee,” Ms. Flores said in the statement.
In an undercover video released last week, Ms. Hrabar described her work for the anti-Trump resistance as a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, which included running license plate numbers at work to find the address of a lobbyist.

She admitted that she was not permitted to do so “officially.” Other DSA members said that she used the department’s Lexis Nexis system to ferret out the addresses of protest targets.

Even so, Ms. Hrabar said she had no concerns about losing her job.

“What’s kind of lucky is at the DOJ, we can’t really get fired,” she said in the hidden-camera video.

Ms. Hrabar was also part of a band of activists that chased Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen from a Mexican food restaurant in June.

Isn't doing that sort of thing REALLY illegal? Like go-to-jail illegal? If so, she definitely belongs there. Let's make an example and send a message. This crap should not be tolerated!

Amazing things happen when one combines arrogance, stupidity, blind political zeal, and a total lack of ethics... :whistling:

Hopefully this wasn't a resign-or-be-prosecuted arrangement. If federal laws were broken, and they involved violating secure databases containing personal information, perhaps there's another cell available next to Reality Winner?

PATCO air traffic controllers learned the hard way. They went on strike, next day POTUS told them to go sell encyclopedias door to door.

I know! I wound up working for one of them as an Airport Police Officer. After he got fired(he was PATCO), he went into Airport Adminstration and became our Airport Director. Complete and total P*ick! Hated any, ANY authority whatsoever, and made sure all knew it. He finally moved on to another Airport, and last I heard, after they got to know him and his leadership style, they hated the fact they hired him. Too bad, so sad:supergrin:. If they would have interviewed anyone at the Airport I worked at about him, they would have never hired him. Now it's water under the Bridge.

She is a low enough level player that a criminal referral might just work...I wonder if the local DA needs a "formal" complaint to be made?...or maybe the criminal referral can come directly from the office she (formerly) worked for?...might be worth exploring

I have to qualify every year as a cop to use NCIC. They let us know the she it that will befall us if we access it illegally.

She's small enough fish to do time (remember Reality Winner). Could make a good example to other small fish.
