I have been searching the internet for hours now;

Who besides BCM makes a Light Weight 14.5 Middy barrel in 1/7 (or 1/8) twist?? Or even a LW 16 inch Middy with 1/7-1/8?

Whoops. It's carbine. My bad. Operation Parts gets one or two barrels in regularly, but they never have a lot.
