Why does it say blue? Does that mean it's all blued metal instead of plastic black? I hope there is actually no "blue colored" parts on it.

    Pardon my ignorance.

If you click the "buy now" on this page:

    http://www.glockworld.com/magazines.htm

for 10 Rd Glock 19 Mag, it then shows 10Rd "Blue" 19 9mm Glock Mag, in your cart.

I was wondering why it says "blue"

I've seen it on other glock sites as well.

I see what you mean. Means nothing. Poor product description. Glock mags are polymer.

Glock has made runs of magazines with blue and blaze orange polymer.

It's either for identification purposes, or maybe for Simunitions?

Last thing I want is a cheesy blue mag in my glock. Overall sounds like there's nothing to worry about.

I just called, a girl there said the polymer mags were blued to prevent rusting. Ok....
