I am looking for a 200 grain Keith Bullet for reloading. Does anybody make one?
I don't know amigo...
I am pretty much 'everything Keith' for over 45 years, but that being said, I am not real sure how well 'Keith' at 200grs will feed through a Glock 20 (if that is what your shooting).
I don't use them in 10mm.
I'd be inclined to recommend an LBT style WFN for the 10mm. Big wide meplat that feeds through my Glock very well. The left 3 are cast from my LBT mold. You can find the same plain based LBT produced by Montanabulletworks.com. The second to right is made by Beartooth and the right is a Double Tap. I believe that BT also uses an LBT mold.
Hey TH... Hope all is going well with ya.
I was going to say the same thing, (forgot) cause that is all I use as well, is the BT LBT'[email protected] 200gr. 'Your casting' looks great Amigo. And yes, these guys feed great in the 10 mils I've had too.
Stay safe and well Hombre.
The full caliber shoulder with the little ledge on the Keith bullet is good for cutting clean holes in paper but it's the wide meplat than makes the Keith bullet effective on game.
And the shoulder of the Keith bullet may cause feeding problems in any magazine fed semi-auto. If you're shooting a 10mm revolver, no problem.
Hey there BW.. Yes sir... I have used Keith over 4 decades in my revolvers. Love 'em. All you said is correct, in that the "cookie cutter" effect does plow through game like a hot knife through butter. I do like and use the LBT's as well...
I do not use Keith in a semi. 'Your right,' I would not at all think the Keith, as I told OP, would feed well in a semi.. The combination of that wide flat meplat and the ledge, is just flat a design that IMO, can't be improved on. Probably about 98% of all I load and shoot/hunt with, in all my hog legs...
Stay safe amigo.
Edited to correct my typing faster tan my brain works. HA. The LBT's are ALL I use in the semi 10mm. All else I use mostly Keith, LBT's right behind that...
Look better than factory!
Always great to hear from you CM. I appreciate the compliment!
About the closest thing to a Keith that would feed in a 10mm is likely a 40 cal version of the HG 68. But SWCs are notorious for hanging up in Glocks. I believe Magma makes such a mold.
Lead Heads Keith. 44cal
275gr 44 mag LBT (left) 200gr 10mm Bear Tooth (right).
That LBT 44 mag looks like it would solve just about any problem!
The only Keith style bullets I play with is this RCBS 38-150-SWC for the 38. I powder coat or Hi-Tek coat all my cast bullets.
And this 45-255-SWC for the 45 Colt. This one has a blemish from falling off the bench.
This style would not likely feed in a 10mm auto loader, but would work in a Thompson Center single shot or one of the several new 10mm revolvers available.
Thanks for the replies. I'm shooting them in a glock model 40 and a ruger sr1911. I have a few 200 gr Montana bullets left and some beartooth on order. Is there any place that has them in stock?
Order straight from Montana bullet works. The .30 meplat moly coated will work in your glock with a seated depth of just shy of 2.5”.
Probably mean 1.25"?
I did order from Montana bullets. Was shocked when I received the 200gr FN in less than a week
Lol. Yeah. My mistake.
Good luck with the load. They are some serious.

Excellent. Which bullet did you get?
I got the 200GR WFN coated. I have used some of their 200 gr in the past and have gotten great results with longshot powder.
They have 3 types of 10mm 200 gr WFNs
Curious which of those.
Good call on getting them coated!
I ordered these.
10MM, NOE 200GR WFN-PB
Is the advantage of coated that they lead the barrel less?
