I see where a lot of you folks like 10 mm and it must be a good cal. to shoot. My question is where do you fine 10 mm ammo? I have never seen 10 mm ammo on the shelf at wally world and my local gun shop told me that if anyone wants 10 mm they would have to order it from him. I have a few glocks in 9mm,40 cal. and 357 sig. and have no trouble finding ammo for all three at our local gun shops and wally world almost always has 40. cal and 357 sig. 9mm is scarce tho but once in a while they get 9mm in but our gun shops always has 9mm but not as cheep as wally world. I find that wally world has the most inexpensive ammo around. There are at least 5 wally worlds within ten miles of the homestead. I go past three every day on the way to work so its no problem to stop in on the way to or from work when I need ammo.Just wondering.
    Thanks

My 10mm ammos is purchased online. Several people have mentioned Double Tap, and that is where I get my 10m carry ammo. However, for range ammunition I use Georgia Arms: http://georgia-arms.com/10mm-1.aspx

As others have already mentioned, most of the 10mm is available on-line. I can also find it at Cabela's when I visit them.

google freakshow manufacturing. Cheapest 10mm around and its full power!

double tap for hunting or woods protection loads but its insane expensive.

just order alot at once. Get like 1,000 rounds from freakshow you should be set for a while!

another option if you buy a 10mm glock is you can change barrels to .40 or .357 sig and buy your practice ammo at walmart to save some coin and not have to order online. Then just get some 10mm and fire some at the end of every range session and carry it in the field.

reloading is probably the best way to go.

I'll add another recomendation for the above websites. The only WMs in the country you're likely to find 10mm is AK!

    Agreed on handloading.
Also, you can do the barrel thing for 40 and 357SIG for the Witness pistols; i recommend the all steel ones. (and you can change out slides to 45 and 9 too)

I recon that owning a 10mm comes with a price. Ammo is crazy expensive. I shoot what I can afford. YMMV

How much is shipping from them? Any problems with their ammo?

None of our wally's carry 9 in HP, only Winchester whitebox 115 FMJ.:crying:
Great for the range, though, just picked up 100...

You might have to wait a while. I have had an order in since November 6 with FreakShow that I am still waiting on. I believe both Freakshow and BVAC are waiting on brass. I like the fact that Freakshow's 10mm ballistics are between the sissy FBI loads and full Norma specs too, so I don't mind waiting.

I think Parabellum has some 10mm in stock but they want $46/100 for reloads and $52/100 for new brass. You might as well buy the UMC for $26.99 from BassPro or the CCI aluminum for $23 from Able Ammo.

i reload for everything i shoot so when a friend of a friend bought a 10mm i had to follow.
little did i know it would lead me to 2 g19s and 2 g21 inside of three weeks!
    then comes the 10mmL barrel, g21L slide & barrel, finally a g21Tbarrel & slide.
i'm just having trouble finding info for reloading 10mmL!
