Member backed out on an agreement.
Since he is 20 years old, I insisted on seeing a valid Florida driver's license
and that he complete a bill-of-sale.
Upon the day he was to meet me, he tried to get me to sell it to his cousin,
and then he would get the firearm from him.
I terminated the transaction, see the link to the listing below.

That was a good call on your part. Better safe than sorry.

I can understand how that question could make you uneasy, but since he stated he would go ahead with the original terms and YOU decided to call it off, I don't think a "-1" is really fair. Your gun, your rules and if you're uneasy that is understandable. But your own post says you cancelled the deal, not him.

    aglocker1911,

That's your opinion, he agreed on a FTF with a valid driver's license
and completing a bill-of-sale. He then backed out with this "I'll have
my cousin pick it up" jazz. He never stated he would go ahead and
complete the deal until after I posted here.

As for the -1,....I believe it's justified.
He broke the terms of the agreement.......end of story.

i did agree to the original terms of the deal as soon as you sent me an email saying that you was terminating the deal. i only suggested for my cousin to buy the firearm because you kept asking where i was and that at a certain time you might not be able to complete the deal. i was coming from orlando and was already in west palm beach when i suggested it but told you i would still complete the sale myself. i also told you that me and my cousin both would go and supply you our id's for your peace of mind.

Good luck trying to complete transactions with any other GT members dude. Gotta be totally transparent on here, otherwise people will out you. None of this shady "my cousin will show up to complete the hand off" type stuff. :shakehead:
