What??? Putting a Marvel comics character on your gun means it looks you want to shoot someone??? You should get rid of your guns. Something is wrong with your mind.

I'll try to explain this for you very carefully so you can understand.
The "Punisher" is a vigilante (someone who takes the law into their own hands in the name of justice) of sorts. Having that symbol on your carry gun could look to some like you want to be one also. This would not play out well in court if you where in a shooting that wasn't perfectly clear that it was a good shoot, ie; no witnesses, etc.
    Hope this helps!

I've got Punisher logos on coffee cups, my laptop, my 4Runner and several other places. Some of them came from Chris Kyle's foundation and some just cause. Like many, I was a fan of the comic books and it was an "unofficial" logo for a unit I was in while in the military. But my carry guns stay unadorned.

I loved the comic book. I like the character.

He’s the precursor to John Wick.

However I don’t want any graphics on a gun that could be used against me.

I also don’t like guns that are painted to look like a toy (i.e. Nintendo gun).

I only see the skull logo on vehicles and in pictures of garage gunsmith stippled Glocks on Armslist. Never thought it was a good idea, actually quite the opposite.

I'll always enjoy the character, who doesn't like f-d up Marines? But let's be the 'gray man' and avoid undue attention and embodying negative stereotypes.

I'm not into that sort of thing but it's better than the zombie craze. Worse in my view than the Energizer bunny on TV. Puke. Don

In the last class I took to allow me to carry in MN the instructor went out of his way to inform us that having “Punisher” grips on your carry piece would be a problematic if you ever had to shoot someone

he also said to never buy a Taurus so I instantly trusted him.

I buy everything I see with the logo on it. It's going to be my next tattoo.

Mas Ayoob has said (in the Self Defense forum) that these logos would be difficult to defend in court, and would definitely cause problems for the shooter in a self defense case. You have a right to use them, but the prosecutor will also use their presence to make you look bad. You may not have a problem with them; the jury probably will. Unnecessary and avoidable trouble. No need to go down that road.

Now, they look like Nerf guns.

I don't go for any logo stuff on my guns. Liked the Punisher TV show; didn't know anything about the character before that.

The Trumpisher logo is cool. Maybe on a patch or a pin for next year, just to upset the lefties.

Not necessarily, but what it does show is a lack of maturity which does not carry over well in a jury trial where then will look for ANYTHING to degrade your status as an upstanding citizen.

People obsessed with a comic book character qualify as showing a lack of maturity when presented to a jury. Sorry, just the way it looks.

It is bad when folks just cant like something just because it makes someone else assume something that may not have anything to do with the reasons that person likes what they like.

Sorry, that is the way I feel about it.
