I have been eyeing Glock 42's for a while. I have a Glock 19 which is my bedside HD gun, usually loaded with G17 mags.
But, out of the Glock lineup the 42 seems like my next acquisition. I'd like to find a used one for a good deal.
Question about the mag release however. The one...
I'm looking at these 2 guns for warm weather carry (t-shirt), and I was wondering if one conceals slightly better than the other. I plan to carry appendix. I imagine it would be rare to not be able to make either one completely disappear? I'm 5'7 and 140/145 Lbs.
So in one of the women conceal carry groups someone mentioned one of these. But no feedback.
I was wondering if anyone has tried one of these?
Since my G42 has no external safety, I'd feel a little better with...
Hello, new here but have been researching for a CCW piece. Have looked at a lot of handguns (+ videos) lately.
First off, a little bit of "about me" that I feel is probably really important:
I am a woman.
I am new to handguns (not guns, I've owned a couple of carbines for years), just got a...
I live in the Northern Ireland & we don't have the same availability of parts & in this case magazines.
I'm thinking of changing my Glock 43 to a Glock 42 & am curious if the extra magazines I already have for the 43 will fit the 42. I can't get hold of 42 magazines to try it myself
I had a S&W M&P Bodyguard 380 for three years, but I didn't like the trigger for follow up shots (though it's initial 7-8 lb. trigger pull was awesome for such a small pistol). With the Ruger LCP II out for a couple of years now, is the G42 still a viable pocket pistol? Or is it better relegated...
I know it's an odd thing, but I really want one. I've watched some videos of guys shooting them, and one fella had some feeding issues. I'm just wondering if anyone here has tried it, or had fire one? I see Lonewolf still makes the barrels.
I just want to be able to say, "hey I got a Makarov...
Lots of comments circulating around about whether or not the "GP" model AGrip™ will fit the G43 as well as it fits the G42. Some people say it's too small and won't fit.

I installed these on my G42, but recently sold that gun. I was going to put them on the 43, but I'll likely sell it if SIG figures out the P365 issues. I have a very nice PJ Holster for this laser and a GLOCK 42.
LASER + HOLSTER + $145 to lower 48
If no one wants the holster...
