When it comes to gun owners, we all like to think that our choice is always the superior option. Search any gun forum and you can find countless debates about Glock vs 1911, 9mm vs 40 S&W vs 45 ACP, and AR vs AK – just to name a few.
When it comes to steel cased ammo vs brass cased ammo, each...
I have a couple questions for the experienced guys. I have been cleaning and sorting 223 brass for a week. Because I am inexperienced and erring on the side of caution, I have rejected quite a few once fired 223 brass due to a small, circular pit on the shoulder of the case. The pit is...
I have been hoarding brass for 20 years, for the day when I start reloading. That day won’t come, so I need to get rid of some brass.
I have at least 200 pounds of brass, mostly 9mm, 38 sp, some 10mm, other too.
Is it worth any more than the scrap price if I sell it to a reloader?
I have accumulated about 6-8 lbs of scrap brass. You know the crushed or bent cases, the 22 LR cases that seem to end up in the bottom of the brass pickup bag, or the 9mm cases with the step inside.
Does anyone sell this scrap and if so what is it worth and where do you go to sell it?

So I picked up another box of 9mm Hornady Critical Defense from my LGS to squirrel away with my ammo stock since November is coming up quick and it may be hard to find in the near future. When I got home and opened the box, I noticed something was different...the primers and the...
Hello, this is my first post here. I was cleaning some brass to reload, and decided to try a method I saw on youtube. It was 1 quart water, 1 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon of dawn, and 1 tablespoon of salt. It cleaned my brass pretty well, but it left some of it discolored. I hadn't seen this...
