Joined·266 PostsI carry AIWB with the leather https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0792HFRR2 (molded for the G43X) & attach it to an inner belt. The whole rig, including the grip, rides below my waistband, although you can adjust the belt to ride higher.:
Although not shown in the above image, I usually carry a dual mag pouch on the other side of the midline. It's totally concealed:
