If only I'd have called Glock in 85 to ask for a couple extra manuals. I'm sure they'd have mailed them for free. Ugh.

Some of these recent sales have my head spinning.

I remember as recently as 3 years ago I bought an 86 manual on ebay for $50.

CK you’re an interesting addition to the forum.
Long time lurker you say.
You have made some pretty bold moves on the Glock collector front. Nothing negative should be interpreted by that.
I must ask are you adding to a extensive collection or just beginning one?
Have you been using the forum here to help you plot a course in collecting Glocks?

For me I have been involved in the Glock brand for years. I became serious about collecting only these a couple years ago. So despite having joined years ago I did not get really involved here until recently. So I’m still developing a collection and such use this forum consistently to help guide me. Actually Glock Talk is my only forum I use to evaluate potential purchases.

Welcome to the forum.

Okay, here’s the story.
I’ve been stuck in Kalifornia for most of my adult life!
As you know they have the most restrictive gun laws & obviously made collecting nearly impossible. I have been able to nab some nice items over the years but only if the FFL is willing to ship to CA. Most are not. Also mags are another whole issue. There’s no such thing as high cap mags, they are either LOW cap mags or standard cap mags. Anyway, now I live in Oregon & buying everything I missed out on! I have so many mags to buy to complete my sets!

Great story c_k.

My sister lives in Bend. Love it there.

I left MD to go to far more gun friendly VA. I'm scared to death that it may soon look like CA. So great to have you on the forum!!!
