Crazy prices at Cheaper then dirt. It shows a cheaper price initially and then when you select it you get a completely different price....I will never do business with them!

It seems you learned the lesson about CTD that many of us learned, the hard way as well, at some time before.
Lots of people refuse to deal with them for a variety of reasons.

They pulled this crap around 2007-08 and I have not bought a single item since then.

Unfortunately people that dont stock up when the climate is good have to pay when things go south.

A buddy just called asking where he can find ammo. I told him right now, nowhere, and if he finds it he'll pay more for less quality. I'm sure he's got a friend around here somewhere who can spare some. ;)

I know next time things are good, I'm stacking deeper.

And i remember many people on GT here told me i was nuts awhile back, and i was also told by MANY that i was flaming up a panic scare on buying ammo because i kept on telling people to buy up, stock up, before you cant. And so here we are. So who`s crying now... :( awww just those who didnt believe me. This is going to become worse and worse. We have an election coming with a country full of communists that want to take the guns AND ammo, and destroy Trump and the republican party. Are you people "WOKE" now...??????

I was at one of the biggest gun/ammo stores in my state today. You couldnt even get to the counters to see the hand guns. Every display counter was totally maxed out. You couldnt have stuck a piece of paper between 2 people, it was that tight. People were in long lines waiting for their turn to fill out 4473`s. Staff was at full speed trying to keep up.

Staff was also bringing carts out to refill the ammo shelves just to try to keep up. People were taking ammo faster than they could even stock the shelves. People were finally just grabbing handfuls of ammo right off the carts while staff were rolling them out to the isles. Pretty soon they just brought the carts of ammo out and parked them on the floor for people to just take the ammo from the carts. Heard couple people ask how much was left out back in storage, staff guy said they brought all they had out in that last group of carts when he asked them.

I just wanted to get out of the house for the day, so i took the trip up north to buy some 9mm plated bullets just to see what people were doing. Anyway, i bought the last 2 boxes of them that they had. I asked if they had anymore and they said that was it, it was all gone. And when i walked over to the live ammo isle, to check out the 9mm factory ammo just for chits & giggles...ZERO, NONE, BARE SHELF! Even the components were getting wiped out. All the primers were gone, and all the powder was gone. Only live ammo i saw sitting on the shelf was 40S&W and some odd 9mm makarov. Other than that, cleaned out. I might have seen about 10 boxes of 223 left... i guarantee that those 223 were gone before i even got up to the front of the store to pay for my stuff to leave.

We have alot more going on than just a virus pandemic folks. I`m 70yrs old, and i remember some very rough times in the past, but i have NEVER in my life have ever seen it this bad before. I believe people are finally seeing it for what it is. Get it while you can, before you cant. And once those democrats get back into power, its over for gun owners. But thats ok, dont believe me if you dont want to. I`ll hear the whimpers from afar later on when it happens, and it WILL happen.

If you use ammoseek, you will see all companies are doing it. Every single company has $40 blazer.

You might say that is supply and demand. Fine.

However, here in Utah, we have laws against excessive pricing even for limited supplies. MSRP on in production items can't inflate during crazy times.

Guess what? It keeps toilet paper low and available to everyone.

I think there is something about being a d bag that permeates gun culture. Federal is still producing. In a month, they will still be producing.
