It's Radical Firearms made. Came with the KAK shockwave tube, buffer and blade. I added the Magpul front piece and grip. The Aimpoint Comp M2 I've had for many years. The sling is one I got off ebay. It's a Magpul knock off single point. Also has an MLOK sling attachment also. It's .223/5.56 and works great so far. Scooped it up from Primary Arms back around Christmas on sale. Too good a deal to pass up. Also has lifetime warranty from R.F.
I have two AR pistols, one with a flash can and one without. The one with is louder, but keeps a lot of the powder and gases off of you. There are many cool looking options out there now. I’m not advocating for the one above, just wanted a reference for you.
Your gun looks cool and I really liked the prices on them. My brother bought one of the radicals in .300 because the price was great. Man, AR pistols in 5.56 are a hoot to shoot!
Linear compensators, when looked at from a win - lose situation, creates more loss than win.
The only thing a linear comp does positively is direct the blast forward. It increases recoil and flash. A bare muzzle is a better option if one is bothered by the gas redirection.
New addition to my wife's 7.5 223/556/ build (for me). Added a collapsible stock adapter. Now get this...It's a clone but it says Law Tactical, Patent Pending, Made in US. I was very sceptical about buying this thing so...after seeing the U-Tube on it I figured I'd try one. The only thing I had to do (5 min.) was take of 15 thousands on the part that goes into the bolt carrier and bingo no difference. I do have Law Tactical's My wife shot a mag yesterday (30), 1 mag today I changed out the spring today and have 3'clock extraction. So I saved $240. bucks
Nice. I think it's time I build a pistol lower. I hate it when I travel and have to leave my SBR home... It's my favorite gun, but that stupid federal permission slip to go out of state sucks...
Curious about that Law Tactical clone... I know it works, now, but do you worry about the longevity of it? I always wonder about the quality of materials used in cheap knockoffs. You know how you buy a quality knife, and it lasts forever, then you buy a cheapie at a swap meat, and the blade snaps in half first time it sees rough use...
Well I only want the real deal also as I have 2 Law Tacts. For the little bucks spent to see what's up was no bother. One thing I did since last posting about it is A machinist friend of mine made the buffer detent hole larger for what we use. It had a smaller one. It has Law Tactical and pat. pending on it installs the same. So far between my wife and a friend it has 140 rounds used with it and no problems. So my curiosity was satisfied. I'm not getting another though.
