$ 300 used g22 good deal or the 90s Hyundai of the gun world?

is a Leo trade in g22 worth looking at? I know 40 has fallen out of favor, personally I don't think I've noticed the difference between 40 and 9 when shooting other people's 40s.

Also the smaller pistols seem more popular, I saw some shooting well at a match with a g43, but the full size glocks used to be pitched as being smaller than a .38

Is a gen 4 worth a few more bucks over a gen 3?

Anything to look at besides examining the locking block and extractor and maybe replacing the recoil spring?

Or is the g22 like a 90s Hyundai? They were cheap used because they were bad and time had moved on leaving 40 and full sized glocks behind?

Mine is on it's way from AimSports now, looking at the order form, the rep I had a few exchanges with threw in hand pick best of 5 for no charge :) Very nice of them, 'course I've left a few bundles of cash with them over the years, but still, nice way to treat ya'

It’s a phenomenal round that settled the debate between caliber and capacity.
It does strike a good balance, I think most would have to agree.

This is what I call a good day. Picked up the Gen 3 22 LEO trade in I got from AimSurplus

Barrel wear guess? Looks about 2,000ish to me, SWAG

This is it "dirty" how I received it ... slide finish is excellent, grip is excellent thou will be removing the skateboard tape, Glock night sights that still glow decently, no nicks on barrel crown, RSA passes wear test. The pins come in & out too easily for my taste, so will try some new ones or do a drop of blue loctite if not.

Is Austrian made for US market, with "US" at end of serial number

Just detail stripped, cleaned. Got me a cherry. Very good condition. Looks brand new after a toothbrush scrub.

There's a trick I tried for loose frame pins that I saw online ... you wrap a small piece of that super thin plumber's white thread tape around the ends of the pins before you press all the way in. Tight now. A little of the tape will stick out, which you can remove with a pair of tweezers.
