Who wants a 17DK (Danish G17) or 17Pro (Finnish G17)?

My importer guy tells me we can get NIB Gen 4 G17DK, delivered to our FFL for $1134.99 if I can get orders for three or more. Dealing with the Danish imports will take quite some time, and we wouldn't likely see the guns till around February.

Looks like he can also get us the 17Pro, which is a G17 with threaded barrel, marine spring cups, night sights, and 3.5lb connector. No price on those yet, but there is apparently no identifying marks that it's different than if you took a G17 and swapped out the listed parts. I might have pricing on those soon.

I'd be up for one of each assuming 100% NIB, all matching, etc.
Depends on price of course on the Pro before I'd know for sure on that one.
Do you know if the slide on either is marked any differently than a regular 17?

Can your imported get a 25 or a 28?

I could be wrong, but I believe an individual importer would have to comply with the same restrictions as Glock Inc.; therefore most likely no 25 or 28.

I would jump on a 25 or 28 if I could ever get my hands on one...
I'm virtually certain that this is correct.

You would think it wouldn't be too difficult for Glock USA to manufacture the 25 and 28 stateside these days. Probably just need Lipsey's to order 1000 or so.

Heck I’d put up the money to have 1000 of each made. I’m sure the ROI would be huge.

No on the 25 and 28. More info on the DK. 1/2 down as a deposit. Import forms are ready. Upon import, the guns are marked with the importer's info on the bottom of the trigger guard, just like my 17A is. Guns then go to your respective FFL.

I'm looking to place my order around by the end of next week.
