I wouldn't have even guessed that was a guitar case. My dad had several gun cases that looked almost identical. The company was probably hitting two markets with the same product.
I have several examples of that style of case, but I think they all say "Gun Guard" on them.
EDIT: All but one of them is labelled "Gun Guard"; the briefcase-sized 4-pistol case has nothing embossed on it (except the same fake-alligator-skin exterior texture that the others also have).
The one with the AR carbine on top is my favorite; it was sold as a takedown shotgun case, but it's perfectly sized for a single 16" AR carbine.
Several of these are 30+ years old, have been on multiple airline trips, and are still holding up very well. As some are fond of saying, they just don't make them like they used to...
