WInchester NATO has always been my favorite practice round followed by S&B 124gr. Only problem with the NATO loads is that they have crimped primer pockets so they're a pain to reload.
The G-19 will shoot anything and like it! The WWB 124gr NATO is a fine practice ammo and extremely reliable. PSA had a good price on it last week, and may still have it. Cabelas and some Walmart’s carry it too. Enjoy.
