You shouldn't leave a loaded firearm out for kids to gain access to it. Also, teach your kids firearm safety as early as possible.

IMHO, Glocks need a manual safety to make them "safe enough" for most of us non-professional gun owners.
As an avid shooter and hunter for 40+ years, I don't consider myself a "professional" but the simple adherence to the principles of firearms safety (these basic principles NEVER change and they never will) have kept me accident/negligent-free.

ALL safeties can be overcome. Ever see a revolver with a safety? I haven't short of pot-metal rimfire imports that you can count on two fingers.

How difficult is it for people to NOT PLACE THEIR FINGER ON THE TRIGGER UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO SHOOT??????????

I agree as well. However, if they are OEM parts from the Glock factory and they are designed for my model and Gen. I wount have no problem. As the manufacturer manufactured the parts!

Really simple way to never have an accidental or negligent discharge with a Glock. Follow the 10 Commandments of firearm safety.
