Back in April I like many of you could not resist the deals on the S&W Shield. So I bought the 9 and 45. I figured it would be a while to get the rebate back, but what I didn't expect was an apology. It said that they were sorry for the unexpected delay in getting out the rebate checks and that it is not acceptable by S&W standards and that this person was going to be directly involved in the backlog of rebates. Well I didn't need that apology but it is nice to see a company go heads up on a problem in customer service for a change. Anyone else receive the email? A big thumbs up S&W!!
