Want to get the GF a high quality holster and belt for concealed carry. Not a real fan of the leather because it will wear. Something IWB and at least park kydex. Prefer something where she will 100% know when the gun is holstered (like a click or something).

She is 5'2 and skinny so concealment is going be a little tricky

what would you suggest?

I have quite a number of holsters for my G43. I think my favorites are my Crossbreed Minituck (horse hide backing) or SteathGear Ventcore Mini.

The Crossbreed is a little thinner and has better quality clips (albeit also less stealthy), the Stealthgear slightly thicker, cheaper clips, very comfortable.

Both tuck/conceal with a thin dark shirt.

Concealment will be tricky as you pointed out, depending on clothing, and type of carry.

So she's prepared to buy new pants to accommodate the weapon/holster?
And is she prepared to have untucked shirts?
Is the holster for work/play or everyday?
She may need more than one holster of course
Have she or you considered something along the lines of my litepath chest holster? LINK

just some thoughts there.

Not a fan of carrying without a holster. Are you talking about putting a safety on a glock?
Yes, a device that I invented back in 1994. It is a pin on a keyring that inserts down into the Glock slide to the left of the barrel hood. It holds the slide back 6mm, thereby engaging the gun's disconnector. To shoot the gun, just pull the pin out via the keyring and then pull the trigger.

Yea she is prepared, holster will be for everyday carry

I know she might need more than one but just trying to get one that is used at least most of the time. Its going to be a gift
She will not want a chest holster
