I just noticed my TP9SA has a dovetailed front sight and most pictures of the TP9SA have a fixed front sight. Did I get an updated model? Also I was wondering what after marked sights are available?
On a side note, I ran a box of 50 Federal FMJs through mine without any failures what so ever. It seemed to be straight on but I was shooting low. I believe it was due to the line in the rear sight. I'm not use to shooting with a line in my rear sight and my eyes automatically lined the line in the rear sight up with the dot on the front sight to form a lolli-pop. I believe this pulled my front sight downward causing me to shoot low. Anyway when I got home I blackened the line out.

Do I have the only TP9SA with a dovetail front sight? I doubt it but I cannot find any references to a TP9SA with a dovetail front sight anywhere. Does anyone else on here have one with a dovetail front sight?
Also my holster is a little different from the one's I see on the net.

I'm not sure what sight fits but I think it will take two different sights. I mean it may take a Glock rear sight and a S&W front sight. I believe that is what I read the TP9SF took but I'm not 100% sure of that.

I have a TP9V2 with the dovetail front sight as well. I've heard reports of the Glock/MP combo causing drastic POI issues due to height issues.

I'm waiting for a dedicated set from XS.

I was in an Academy Sports several months ago when I noticed a TP9SA there which had the dovetailed front sights while my older one didn't. I thought that was strange because I thought the TP9SF was the update to the TP9SA since it had the dovetailed front sights and no decocker. I guess there is/was a market for the decocker TP9, but with dovetailed front sights.
