Love Gen 2
Had my eye on a Gen 2 19C on GB and thought I might get lucky, but no.
Bidding war sent the price to over $1,500. No original box, not the first run, in good used condition.
Somebody wanted that gun really bad

Last year or so one of my favorite toy shops had a Gen2 24 for sale it was the first and last time I have ever seen a 24. I bet your arss I bought it. It still had some of the original copper antiseize on the bottom the slide. Picked it up for a little over 500.00

The Gen 2 17 I picked up from a co worker's father at the time is in like new condition with box and manual and close to 15 rounds of hollow points for 375.00 cash.. It only had about a mag or two though it.

Very nice, I love the sleek look of the gen2 frames. Wish Glock made a naked (no rail, no finger groove) optional gen 4 frame as an alternative for those of us who love the look and feel.

I was gifted a brand new Glock 17 Gen 2. Glock says it was born in 1991.
It had two original non drop free magazines, box and cleaning gear.
I added Trijicon HD night sights, and now carry it as my primary off duty weapon.
My prior Gen 2 Glock 17, a circa 1989, Austrian proofed now lives in semi-retirement.
To date, the only "failure" has been night sight dimming.... It's on its second set of Meprolight's.
The original "factory" night sights, were Mepro's marked in red.
In all of these years and thousands and thousands of rounds, it has never failed to function perfectly! Not One Time!
In fact the only "wear", is the sheen to the frame, from years of my hands polishing the polymer.
I would love a Gen 2 19 to carry as well!
I'm mildly interested in the 17 and 19 "M"
It seems at least in form factor, Glock is making Gen 2 pistols again.....
