I saw your post saying you do voiceover work. I was recently commissioned to read an audiobook for a little-known science fiction writer.

But a couple of questions, if you don't mind.

First, how do you keep your sinuses clear? Mine clog a bit.

Second, how do you deal with voice fatigue over an extended period of time?

      Thank you,
      Ivan

I've never had to do any extended recordings. I'd like to, but never have. The people Ive met who record audio books do it at home, take a lot of breaks, and do their own editing. They say that for every three hours of work, they only use one hour of their recordings.

.....I'm not sure what to do about your sinuses. I sometimes smear some vapor rub under my nose as a precaution. Everyone has their own "ways" of dealing with problems. Read a a few sentences at a time, then pause for few seconds. That gives you space for editing and for snorting or drinking some water.

There's A LOT of on line advice out there!

        Good luck!

What is your favorite Glock model?:
Why........the Glock 7, of course! Though it costs more than I make in a month.

Don't confuse self-esteem with having an over-inflated ego. Self-esteem is simply understanding your own worth as a human being. Too many people are taught that they cannot learn or succeed, so they give up. They learn to hate themselves and the society that destroyed them as human beings then asks them why they "choose" not to succeed.
