As a core part of my self-directed training, I spend a decent amount of time in the range (carefully) slinging bullets downrange; as a result, I work through a lot of ammo, especially 9mm. This comes from a few factors:

I carry a G26 when possible. If I can, I also have 2 extra mags on the belt. Main carry ammo is Geco JHP 115gr.
But I've been toying with the thought of having the 3rd mag filled with FMJ. Extra penetration? Silly idea? Your takes?
I am currently contemplating swapping out my G26 which I POCKET carry vs a G42 for the same thing. I also currently have a Kel Tec P3AT which was my pocket carry gun until I got the G26.

I am WELL aware of it's limitations and issues - it just simply "works" better for "ME", and I do NOT wish to debate it as an issue, only the subject head - thanks ahead of time. **
I know we have discussed converting the G23 to 9mm in the past. I can't find the thread.
So I was running my G23 with my G19 barrel and G19 mag. I was shooting steel plates. Everything ran without issue.
Here is my questions:
Am I giving up accuracy running a G19 barrel vs. a conversion barrel?
Can I run G23 mags with my G19 barrel 9mm ammo in the G23?
So i saw in todays PSA email that they have a .45 AR now. Looks like it takes glock mags. Now i have something else to save up for
My G42 came with the notorious 33215 connector which caused an 8lb pull. So when the 33564 connector became available I got one. And to my delight, it gave a crisp, smooth 5lb trigger pull. And the more I shoot it, the better it feels. I highly recommend this OEM connector to all G42 or 43 owners.
