Heck it's only a CBR 600.
After a quick shift into second he'd be a distant memory.
Pretty cool cop bike though.
That's for patrolling the tight side on Palomar.. It was good seeing you at the gear check-in line.
It was my pleasure meeting you too!
Does the cop who rides this still wear one of those silly little skid lids?
That will be a hoot to see. Last time I rode up there it was a madhouse and it only gets busier each year. My friend that lives on the mountain hates leaving his home on the weekends for fear of some yahoo creaming his car as he pulls out from his driveway.
I now own a dual-sport and I go up the Nate Harrison Grade to avoid "the rush". I might have to start going up the front again to see that Sheriff bike in action!
Palomar isn't in Los Angeles County.
True, but it would be sweet to see the SD Sheriff get one.
It reminds me of when they used to have an off-road patrol that was fun to ride around. Yes, they were there to write tickets, but they also knew the meaning of the word fun and would race you as much as chase you. They figured on a dirt bike, you were not TRULY going to get away.
If you ride a Harley I'm going to die laughing.
I like this one better. ;N
Me ride a Harley...........~rf
Lmao. What kind of Harley do you ride?
*EDIT* Do not... say a Goldwing.;z
I have my choice of the '05 ZX10R, or the wifes '06 ZX6R 636.
Nice! I thought I was going to have to romp on a Harley owner for thinking his road hog was faster than my R6. You have anything done to either of those?
The 636 still has the dealer tag and is bone stock.
The 10R has a few mods.
I think that Ponch and John would be walking funny after 8 or 10 hour shifts on those!
Now yer talking. ;f
