    I just picked up my Springfields (9mm Hi-cap & 38Super Mil-spec).
I got a really good deal on them. The previous owner has the SACS paperwork with them. He spent over $500 to make the .38Milspec into a Loaded, $500 to put Novaks (and other things like cutting the frame for a ramped barrel) on the original .45Hi-cap and $900 to make the Loaded hi-cap into a 9mm Hi-cap. Add the SACS work to the $600 for each gun (from the Davidson's tags in the box) and $1500 for the pair was a steal. one downside is that the finish on the .38Super slide looks like it got worn from shipping, but that's OK, it's Parkerized and i was going to have them refinished down the road.

I'll have pics up later when i get back home.

That sounds way cool. I would have been all over those for $1500/pair too. Can't wait to see some photos of them...

    Thanks!!!!

BTW, the work was done back in 2003. it seems like the 9mm was originally built on the .38Super mil-spec, then later onto the hi-cap frame.
