I don't care for stippling (I know some do) and I certainly don't like cutting the trigger guard to paper thin dimensions.
When you look at the profile of a Glock frame, it appears to me that the trigger guard is an integral part of the reinforcement of the right angle formed by the rail portion and the butt portion of the gun.
To me that looks like a severe reduction in the frame strength while in search for a "special" look.
Not what I would buy.
I honestly wouldn't pay $300 for that the more I look at it.
A Glock is a beater truck gun.......used & abused!
The funny part is that he wants $900 for that abomination.
I wonder whether he will email me back or not. I'm curious as to his response, because that's totally ridiculous.
Rediculous. What a joke! Here's the same guy selling a G34.
The guy sure knows how to ruin a perfectly good Glock. SJ 40
And he wants $2500 for it!!!
But, fellas, P T Barnum was right. It'll probably sell.
That is FUGLY! To me the only value in that gun is the upper and whatever parts he didn't screw up with that wood burning set.
Maybe they are a subsidiary of Gunsmoke? They got $1800 for an M&P
If I did that **** all day long, I'da retired early.
IMHO, YMMV, NAFT etc but as far as I am concerned that is now a parts gun. Be nice to pick it up for a couple hundred for spare parts, kind of like having an old non running F150 behind the barn if you need a waterpump.
+1 -- it's ugly, IMO, and frail (the trigger guard).
Agreed because the frame/receiver is a total wright off,in this case a Glock. SJ 40
Yeah, especially since the trigger guard is essentially a gusset on a polymer gun. Oh well, structural integrity be damned, it looks cool.
Besides ugly, I'd be concerned about the integrity of the trigger guard also. Ugh.
That is worth maybe $200. Fully customized with FACTORY sights and trigger woo hoo!!!
Wow, he must be charging 10$ per stipple...
However, it is supertactical stippling that will save your life one day, and you can't put a dollar figure on your life, now can you????
