My AMD Athlon started sounding the siren and then shut itself off. I opened up the case to check the fan and found the Thermalright ALX800 broke in half. The copper core separated from the aluminum fins assembly. It's about 2 years old and I don't have the receipt anymore. Will Thermalright fix it or give me a new one? ;M ;T ^8

    You had this one?

    Well.....it IS a "budget model".....

I use and recommend Zalman CNPS heatsinks for most high-performance CPU aircooling solutions.

$30 for the 90mm and $40 for the two-pound 120mm version; not bad!
