This reminds me of the guy who sued BMW motorcycles because the seat gave him an erection for two years.

    Typical nuisance lawsuit.

You file a lawsuit against someone, then agree to settle out of court for a small fee.

The Dallas Cowboy's will pay her to just drop the suit and go away. That way they save money on lawyer fees and avoid unwanted publicity.

They might even save millions should a court rule in her favor.

I'm suing, too. Wasted hopes of Buffalo winning the Super Bowl, and then did the same thing again as outright inconsideration of my feeings.

problem is there's no punishment for stuff like this. Jerry Jones should sue her for his trouble after the suit is thrown out.

Inmates are like this too, constantly filing lawsuits to have them tossed out of court with no repercussions.

The leather seats in my car will burn the backs of my legs if I have on something short as well. Do you think I should sue Ford????

Sure. Then sue the shorts maker for making the legs too short.

I bet her butt was way to big for the skimpy shorts she was wearing and most of it hung out

And here I always thought it was "a flame that high" that did it.

I wonder how she got a lawyer behind this lawsuit? Obviously, she'll get hers in the end.

Doesn't Texas still have the frivolous lawsuit penalty where the judge can fine the lawyer upto $250,000 for filing the suit? I seem to remember this passing just before I left Texas in late 1994.

If your going to sue The Cowboys for something sue them for Mental Anguish! How many people still rock the Blue Star and we never have a good season.

You'd think I'd have picked a different team since they aren't the team of my childhood ......but when all those good players get outta the pen!!!!

Hey! I wore a white outlined, red -C- on a blue cap for decades. (Luckily for me, the MLB decided to ban Pete Rose and then there was the second players' strike that caused the cancellation of the world series, which means I could forget about baseball and "da Cubs" altogether. I've never looked back. :steamed: )

Is there a statute of limitations for frivolous lawsuits??
