Windows and passwords

    I created an account for my brother on my computer that runs XP Pro. I wanted to add a password to the Admin account (me), so he cannot log on and change things.
    But Windows pops up a screen that says it cannot change the password. Thing is, I don't have a password set right now. When I start the computer, it goes to the screen that gives you the choice of which account to log on.
    Whats up? How do I add a password so the Admin account cannot be logged into?

    start > run > control userpasswords2

    make sure the box is checked that requires users to enter a username and password.
