    Winchester White Box :crying:

I had a lot of failures to feed with it today in my Glock 39, runs okay in my Glock 37 and 38. CCI lawmen not a problem.

I am not trying to bash the stuff as it ran great in 9mm.

Interesting. That Winchester 230g. FMJ loads works VERY well in my 37 and 38. It's the AmEagle 185s that don't feed well for me.

All I can find is American Eagle 185gr or Speer Lawman 200gr. Where'd you get the WWB 230gr from?

So far I've only fired AE 185gr or Georgia Arms 185gr. I would like to try some larger grain rounds in my G38.

LOL Yaa the 9mm is still my favorite. I have all the glocks except for a 36 and the 10's.

When I bought my g37 from my buddy he sold it to me for $500.00 and he threw in 700 rounds of WWB.

AmEagles fed fine in my 37. They were very hot, but fed fine.

??? I've been hearing lots of problems with WWB lately and I don't get it. I have shot THOUSANDS of rounds of this stuff in 9mm and 45 ACP, along with a few hundred in 45 GAP and 357 SiG (IIRC), and I have never had EVEN ONE problem with it. Not one; NADA, ZIP, ZERO. Has always been, in my experience, my most reliable round - no FTF/FTE, no duds/squibs/misfires, best POA/POI, etc. Has always just shot EXCELLENT.:dunno:

Almost all my 'stash' is either mil ball or WWB with some select JHP (some of which is 45 ACP & 45 GAP 230 WWB) based on past performance. Maybe Winch QC has fallen off quite a bit with the load on the system with all the hoarding, but I'm glad all my put back stuff is older, reliable rounds form tested lots.

Every manufacturer has an out-of-spec batch once in a while. I've used WWB in all three of my GAPS with any issues. I just finished off a bad box of WWB 9mm ammo. That's life.

I have shot 9 boxes of WWB in 45 GAP since getting the pistol in Feb. I had one round that would not let the slide go into battery. The remaining 449 rounds worked fine in my G-38, but I noticed a fair amount of unburned powder, which I have never noticed in the 9mm/40 S+W/45ACP WWB. I'll buy more if I can find it!

Take a look at where it is manufactured. The smaller calibers have been made in the "Czech Republic". Started with .380 and have seen 9mm. Seems to be creeping up in caliber where it may all be outsourced there soon.

All my practice ammo for my G39 has been 7gr of Unique behind a 185gr Hornady XTP :D Runs fine, reloading is your friend.
